Yes. Browse The Doll Wardrobe and order your outfits directly. Dolls are not included.
Will the clothes fit my 20 cm doll?
Our 20 cm outfits are intended for standard 20 cm cotton dolls. For an unusual body shape, ask us before ordering. If an outfit does not fit as described, contact us and we’ll help.
What if an outfit arrives with a problem?
Contact support@sproovia.com promptly with your order number, a description and relevant photos where reasonably available. We review the issue and provide an appropriate refund for a confirmed problem. Our support team will confirm whether a return is required. We do not offer exchanges as a store service; applicable consumer rights remain. See our refund policy.
Can I commission just one doll?
Yes. You can commission a single cotton doll of your character. Tell us your idea to start a conversation.
Do I need a doll design sheet?
No. Start with existing character artwork or a photo reference you have permission to use. We coordinate the doll artwork with an illustrator and review it with you.
How much does a custom doll cost?
We quote for your character, size, outfit and other details. We agree on the scope, total quote and terms before work begins. You’re welcome to share a budget.
